Videos: Kids Say The Darndest Things

For work I cover Web Video over at SocialTimes.com and part of my job includes scouring the web to find all the latest viral videos. Over the past few weeks there have been some awesome videos with kids and I thought I’d share a few of my favorites to put a smile on your faces this weekend. So here goes!

This first video is my pick ‘o the week. This little kid gives a sweet inspirational speech after learning to ride a bike. I wrote a post about the video earlier this week, which you can click here to read. ”Thumbs up for Rock ‘n Roll!” Watch the video below and then check out more after the jump.

Here’s a video that I featured on my Friday Morning Laughs post on SocialTimes yesterday morning. Meet the SH’Boss Boys. These kids are 5, 6 and 7 years old and they rock! They were listening to the wadio one day and started wapping…adorable!

Check out the next video to find out what happens when a 3-year old catches his first fish. I love this kid!!

The little inspirational bike rider said “Thumbs up for Rock ‘n Roll!” Here’s a little kid that wants a high five for his first kiss! How old is this kid anyway? He’s a little hustler!

I know that these videos are old news, but they are certainly worth watching if you haven’t seen them yet. These videos are from “Ms. Peachez” from from Shreveport, Louisiana. We’ll start with my favorite, “Ms. Peachez in the Tub.” You can find me in the tub, filled with bubbles washin’ my bootie (you hear me!!).

And now for another great single from Ms. Peachez… Fry that chicken! Fry that chicken!

Toilet Humor… Wednesday?

I was sure that today was Toilet Humor Tuesday, but it seems that I am a day late. You’ll have to excuse my tardiness. I have a tendency towards being confused about the day of the week.

In any case, here is the latest installment of Toilet Humor Tuesday, Episode 2, in which Tina goes blonde. Enjoy!

Yearbook Yourself!

Well, I have officially discovered my new favorite way to waste time. It’s called Yearbook Yourself and it is a fun little site that lets you upload your photo and see how you would have looked in classic fashion and hairstyles from 1950 through 2000.

All you have to do is upload a picture of yourself looking at the camera (if you’ve got bangs you may want to brush them out of your face). Then, voila!, you are morphed into an old school yearbook photo.

I couldn’t help it– I had to yearbook myself and here are the results! My favorite is the one on the top right. I’m not sure what’s going on with my hair in the bottom left shot…

And of course, after I finished my set of yearbook photos I had to do a set for my dog Shechi. I think he makes a dashing young man, don’t you?

For those of you who are familiar with my previous blog I have some good news: “Toilet Humor Tuesday did not die with 365 Video Blog!!”

Toby the Toilet and Tina trash live on and they will be joining us all for a visit and some laughs on Tuesdays right here on Beware the Loquat. For those of you who are not familiar with Toilet Humor Tuesday, it is the exciting day when my toilet, Toby, and his sidekick, Tina Trash, tell jokes.
